Our Rate Structure
- We do commercial and residential projects. Some projects may require two or more handymen for part/all of the hours worked. Our hourly rate will also be added for the additional workers needed.
- Rates do not include materials and dumpster fees. Additional costs will apply for this service.
- Our vans are stocked with standard materials/supplies (joint compound, spackle, standard shutoff valves, light switches, outlets, etc.). Time spent collecting new materials needed to complete the job will be counted as billable time.

Tips on using our service
To ensure success of our projects, we would like to share some tips that will help us make the best use of our time, and by giving you the best value for your money:
- Make full use of the “Details” field in the booking form. The more information we have about your request or project, the better we can prepare an accurate quote.
- For installation requests, please ensure to have your materials ready for installation, as it avoids time taken to collect materials needed to complete the project. Our regular hourly rate will apply if you require support in finding and/or collecting materials.
- If the material needed for the project requires our consultation prior to ordering (i.e. door and window measurements, square footage of tile needed etc.) we will work along side you in determining amounts/sizing of materials needed. Our regular hourly rate will apply.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and e-transfers. We care about our clients’ privacy, and therefore do not save any financial information.
At Go Handy Handyman Services, we are always looking for ways to improve efficiencies in our operations. Due to recent upgrades with our billing system, customers shall pay immediately upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made with our office.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t ask for a deposit or guarantee on booking, nor do we store your credit card information. However, we do ask that all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance. In order to cancel, please call and we’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment for a time that’s more convenient for you.
